I enjoy drinking tea from time to time. When I get headaches, I might try some tea first before taking Tylenol... which is what I did this afternoon.I have a friend from England who got me hooked on her favorite tea, ASDA. It's the best black tea I've ever had! Sadly, I can't get it here in the USA, so she has to ship it to me... but it's totally worth it.
So, how do you take your tea? I like mine with 3 sugars, no milk.
